Privacy & analytics

Everso Local uses the information you submit through our customer and provider enquiry forms to review, respond to and progress your enquiry. Where appropriate and as explained on the form, customer enquiry details may be shared with a suitable independent service provider so the requested work can be progressed.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the Everso Local website, including which service, area, advice and enquiry pages are most useful. Analytics cookies are optional. When you first visit the site, analytics storage is set to denied unless you choose to accept analytics.

We keep advertising storage, ad personalisation and advertising user-data consent disabled in the website implementation. Analytics events are designed around site usage and enquiry conversion rather than the contents of your enquiry.

What we measure

Where analytics consent is granted, we may measure page visits and events such as starting or successfully submitting a customer or provider enquiry. We do not intentionally send the free-text contents of an enquiry, your name, email address, phone number or postcode as Google Analytics event parameters.

Your choice

You can decline analytics when the consent message appears. The choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. Clearing local browser storage will cause the choice to be requested again.
